I have chose to reject this image as the lighting is very dark, which creates lots of shadows. Also the students face is not facing up towards the camera enough, only her eyes are. This image, due to the angle also makes the folder and the work she is doing much larger, and seems to be over powering the actual student and takes away the attention.
This image is a medium shot and not a medium close up shot so I would therefore have to crop this image. Also there is too much background area behind her.
The natural lighting is better in this photo however the students eyes are shut so therefore, it is an automatic rejection.
